1 Week Anniversary of the Las Vegas shooting๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Today is October 8th, 2017, and 1 week ago today the most tragic killing in US occurred, outside one of these windows.

Since I had the day off, I decided to go down to the Mandalay Bay to see the memorials, and pay my respects to everyone who lost their lives that day.

No, I don’t know anyone personally who was injured or wounded from this tragedy but I do still feel pain. The day after the occurrence I was a complete emotional wreck, on edge, paranoid. I just couldn’t help but think ๐Ÿ’ญ Why did this Happen?!?! I shed tears.

<<<<
whole thing is sooooo sobering. And really helps put things in perspective for me.

Little irritants are irrelevant.

But another thing that was put in perspective for me was;

the world ๐ŸŒŽ will keep turning, regardless of what happened yesterday..,,

I could have easily been there, either walking on the strip or driving past.

I am so grateful ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

I don’t necessarily believe the whole story as to who/what/when/where/how/why. I just know that standing in front of the place there was a very ery feeling. I couldn’t stop looking at the windows and trying to piece the whole thing together in my head.

Being new to Las Vegas, it was amazing to see the whole city come together. #VegasStrong. Tattoo artists, dispensaries, bakeries, all type of place are raising money and donating all types of things for the victims. Mostly blood, there was a shortage for all the wounded victims.

I just want everyone out there to really appreciate their lives and loved ones.

We don’t know when our day will come. But we definitely don’t wanna leave this place, leaving our loved ones to wonder if we ever really did care…

With Love ๐Ÿ’™, Samira Grady
